The item must not have been washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories that may have been received.

To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@mydoll.it within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The return can be made via a traceable shipment and will be charged to the customer.
