The item must not have been washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories that may have been received.

To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@mydoll.it within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The return can be made via a traceable shipment and will be charged to the customer.

The product may have different characteristics from those shown in the photos because technical and aesthetic changes may have been applied during the production phase based on availability;

also due to the lights used to photograph and the screens from which the photos are viewed (they may alter the colors of the object).
