The Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR ("General Data Protection Regulation"), proceeds to the processing of the data you provide in compliance with current legislation and as indicated below. We wish to inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide for the activation of the proposed services will be processed by the company that manages this portal, adopting all appropriate measures to guarantee its security, lawfulness and confidentiality, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation.

Object of the Treatment

The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (in particular, name, surname, tax code, VAT number, e-mail, telephone number, address - hereinafter, "personal data" or even "data") from you communicated at the time of registration or contact request on this portal.

The Data Controller will collect, through the portal, some personal data mentioned above and other data that will be necessary for the fulfillment of the requested activity. The aforementioned data will be collected, where necessary, through the data entry form present, in the various configurations, in correspondence with the services such as: a) Register, b) Contact us, c) Newsletter, etc.

Purpose of the processing

The data collected in the cases referred to in points a), b) of the preceding point, are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  1. register the user on the portal;

  2. send communications relating to new offers on the portal;

  3. carry out analyzes relating to the browsing behavior carried out on the portal and, on the basis of the results of such analyzes, periodically send e-mail messages containing information material and initiatives.

The personal data you provide are collected in compliance with the obligations and guarantees of the law, contracts and regulations applicable therein.

We point out that if you are already our customers, we will be able to send you commercial communications relating to the Controller's services and products similar to those you have already used, unless you disagree.

Processing methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The data collected through the portal is processed electronically, with the aid of electronic means, according to logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case no later than 2 years from the collection of data for Marketing Purposes.

Access to Data

Your data may not be disclosed to third parties, other than companies which, by virtue of commercial or other agreements with the Data Controller, operate for the purposes of the regular execution of the contract / service requested by you. Your data may also be communicated-managed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller (internal) in their capacity as persons in charge of the administrative management of data.

Data communication

Without your express consent (Article 6 letter b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law.

Your data will not be disclosed in any other way.

Data Transfer

The management and storage of personal data will take place with specific methods for safe management. The data could be transferred outside Italy and the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the Data on servers in Italy and / or the European Union and / or non-EU countries, ensuring a transfer of data in accordance with the provisions of the law. applicable by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and / or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to reply

The provision of personal data is optional. Rights of the interested party

In your capacity as interested parties, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 of the GDPR and precisely the rights of:

  • obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you;

  • obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 3, c. 1 GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

  • obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

  • object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail. It should be noted that the right of opposition of the interested party, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility remains for the interested party to exercise the right of opposition also only partially. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication;

Where applicable, you have the rights referred to in Articles. 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority.

Minors

The activities carried out by the Data Controller and the Data Controller's Services are not intended for minors under the age of 18 and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. In the event that information on minors were unintentionally registered, the Data Controller will delete them at the request of the users.
